“너는 아론과 그의 아들들에게 이렇게 명령하여라. ‘번제물에 관한 법은 다음과 같다. 번제물은 아침까지 밤새도록 제단 위, 제물을 태우는 곳에 그대로 있어야 하고, 제단의 불은 계속 타고 있어야 한다.

▶ "Give Aaron and his sons the following command: This is the ritual for holocausts. The holocaust is to remain on the hearth of the altar all night until the next morning, and the fire is to be kept burning on the altar.

사제는 아마포 옷을 입고, 안에는 맨몸에 아마포 속바지를 입는다. 제단 위에서 번제물이 불에 타고 남은 재는 쳐서 제단 옆에 둔다.

|
▶ The priest, clothed in his linen robe and wearing linen drawers on his body, shall take away the ashes to which the fire has reduced the holocaust on the altar, and lay them at the side of the altar.
|

그리고 그 옷들을 벗고 다른 옷으로 갈아입은 다음, 그 재를 진영 밖 정결한 곳으로 내간다.

|
|
|
▶ Then, having taken off these garments and put on other garments, he shall carry the ashes to a clean place outside the camp.
|

|
제단 위의 불은 계속 타고 있어야 하며, 꺼져서는 안 된다. 사제는 아침마다 제단 위에 장작을 지펴, 번제물을 그 위에 차려 놓고, 친교 제물의 굳기름을 그 위에서 살라 바친다.

▶ The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it must not go out. Every morning the priest shall put firewood on it. On this he shall lay out the holocaust and burn the fat of the peace offerings.

‘곡식 제물에 관한 법은 다음과 같다. 아론의 아들들이 그것을 주님 앞, 곧 제단 앞에서 바친다.

▶ "This is the ritual of the cereal offering. One of Aaron's sons shall first present it before the LORD, in front of the altar.
|

|
곡식 제물로 바친 고운 곡식 가루와 기름과, 제물 위에 얹은 향 전부를 한 손 가득 퍼내어, 제단 위에서 주님을 위한 향기, 곧 기념 제물로 살라 바친다.

|
▶ Then he shall take from it a handful of its fine flour and oil, together with all the frankincense that is on it, and this he shall burn on the altar as its token offering, a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.

|
나머지는 아론과 그의 아들들이 먹는데, 누룩을 넣지 않고 거룩한 곳에서 먹는다. 곧 만남의 천막 뜰에서 그것을 먹는다.

▶ The rest of it Aaron and his sons may eat; but it must be eaten in the form of unleavened cakes and in a sacred place: in the court of the meeting tent they shall eat it.

▶ It shall not be baked with leaven. I have given it to them as their portion from the oblations of the LORD; it is most sacred, like the sin offering and the guilt offering.

아론의 자손들 가운데 남자는 모두 그것을 먹을 수 있다. 이는 주님에게 바치는 화제물과 관련하여 너희가 대대로 지켜야 할 영원한 규정이다. 이 제물에 닿는 것은 무엇이든 거룩하게 된다.’”

▶ All the male descendants of Aaron may partake of it as their rightful share in the oblations of the LORD perpetually throughout your generations. Whatever touches the oblations becomes sacred."

▶ The LORD said to Moses,
|

"아론과 그의 아들들이 기름부음 받는 날, 주님에게 바쳐야 하는 예물은 이러하다. 고운 곡식 가루 십분의 일 에파를 정례 곡식 제물로 바치는데, 반은 아침에, 반은 저녁에 바친다.

▶ "This is the offering that Aaron and his sons shall present to the LORD (on the day he is anointed): one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for the established cereal offering, half in the morning and half in the evening.
|

|
이 예물은 번철 위에서 기름을 섞어 만드는데, 잘 반죽하여 구운 것을 여러 조각으로 부수어, 그것을 곡식 제물로 가져와 주님을 위한 향기로 바친다.

|
|
▶ It shall be well kneaded and fried in oil on a griddle when you bring it in. Having broken the offering into pieces, you shall present it as a sweet-smelling oblation to the LORD.

|
아론의 아들들 가운데에서 그의 뒤를 이어 기름부음 받은 사제가 이 예물을 만든다. 이는 영원한 규정이다. 이 제물은 주님에게 온전히 살라 연기로 바친다.

|
|
|
▶ Aaron's descendant who succeeds him as the anointed priest shall do likewise. This is a perpetual ordinance: for the Lord the whole offering shall be burned.

|
사제의 모든 곡식 제물은 온전히 바쳐야 한다. 누구도 그것을 먹어서는 안 된다.”

▶ "Tell Aaron and his sons: This is the ritual for sin offerings. At the place where holocausts are slaughtered, there also, before the LORD, shall the sin offering be slaughtered. It is most sacred.

|
▶ The priest who presents the sin offering may partake of it; but it must be eaten in a sacred place, in the court of the meeting tent.

|
그 고기에 닿는 것은 다 거룩하게 된다. 그 피가 옷에 튀었을 때는, 피가 튄 데를 거룩한 곳에서 빨아야 한다.

|
|
▶ Whatever touches its flesh shall become sacred. If any of its blood is spilled on a garment, the stained part must be washed in a sacred place.

|
그 제물을 삶은 옹기그릇은 깨뜨려야 한다. 청동 그릇에 삶았으면 문질러 닦고 물로 헹구어야 한다.

|
▶ A clay vessel in which it has been cooked shall thereafter be broken; if it is cooked in a bronze vessel, this shall be scoured afterward and rinsed with water.

|
사제 집안의 남자는 모두 그 제물을 먹을 수 있다. 그것은 가장 거룩한 것이다.

▶ All the males of the priestly line may partake of the sin offering, since it is most sacred.
|
|

|
그러나 성소에서 속죄 예식을 거행하려고 제물의 피를 만남의 천막 안으로 가져왔으면, 그 제물은 어떤 것이든 먹지 못한다. 그것은 불에 태워야 한다.’

▶ But no one may partake of any sin offering of which some blood has been brought into the meeting tent to make atonement in the sanctuary; such an offering must be burned up in the fire.
